At Gazelle Tents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
